what we do
From gentle outings to personalised wellbeing support.
Our care pathways are built one family at a time. Some families simply need companionship, meaningful outings, and reassurance. Others need a more personalised rhythm of support, including wellbeing planning, mobility support, or therapeutic add-ons in higher custom tiers. We bring together the right elements to help your loved one feel safe, dignified, connected, and remembered.

Need something not on this list?
Every person is different. Some needs are practical. Some are emotional. Some are simply about helping your loved one feel remembered, encouraged, and included again. Tell us what is happening in your family, and we will help you understand what kind of support may be the right next step.
Tell Us What You NeedLocal Life Assistance
Sometimes loneliness is not only emotional. It is practical.
A senior loved one may need help finding the right local contact, arranging transport, booking an appointment, organising a small repair, or understanding who to call.
In selected higher plans, Community Angels can help coordinate these everyday needs by connecting families with local services, helping with arrangements, and making small logistics feel less overwhelming.
We do not replace professional providers, and third-party services are paid separately by the family unless otherwise agreed. Our role is to help guide, connect, and coordinate where appropriate.
